If you\u2019re choosing to terminate your contract with Battu Bris\u00e9, please complete the steps below to ensure a smooth and professional transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0dc05210e62a2e26523e28c926b44ea2\">\ud83d\udcdcTerms &amp; Conditions for Opting Out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6ded4fe26879b7dfea35657cedc088c5\">By submitting the opt-out form, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f430d3464ba1f55961e8e97e7d72cd85\">One Full Calendar Month\u2019s Notice is required. Notice must be submitted via the opt-out form and confirmed via email to\u00a0<strong>info@battubrise.com \/ accounts@battubrise.com<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-617b2645c1e5b3a1e0e5fa92132bd928\">No WhatsApp, SMS, Band messages, or verbal communication will be accepted as formal notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3cd4f84eb9d2b875ea4aaab28a41a5da\">Full fees for the notice month are due, regardless of attendance. There are no discounts or prorated fees during the notice period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e955128db112d4572fbe4dc82694910c\">All outstanding balances must be paid in full before the account can be closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d9a4d4099a7c52c6bb89b098f969a3cb\">If opting out at the end of the year, notice must be given by November. If not, the notice period will roll over into January of the following year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1fbd55276f4b9640e975d9074ba6951a\">No refunds will be issued for missed classes during the notice period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8d903eb9d974783cd84e02445ec52551\">Paper and digital contracts are equally binding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-red-background-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/battubrise.com\/?page_id=740\">Full terms and conditions can be accessed here<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ce25aae5d3f0b7042434b7426c3ca7c8\">All formal communication must be directed to Haleigh van Rooyen via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-24e4b4788dab93e420007bb80e542b4a\">Please allow 2\u20133 business days for a response.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-345f189dd0d16cbc8c747971bd13b059\">For urgent matters, email is still required to ensure proper documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Account Settlement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before your account is closed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8dc5bc16d41bc0c791ff247abf7e0b56\">Ensure all invoices are paid in full.
