📜Terms & Conditions for Opting Out
By submitting the opt-out form, you agree to the following terms:
- One Full Calendar Month’s Notice is required. Notice must be submitted via the opt-out form and confirmed via email to info@battubrise.com / accounts@battubrise.com.
- No WhatsApp, SMS, Band messages, or verbal communication will be accepted as formal notice.
- Full fees for the notice month are due, regardless of attendance. There are no discounts or prorated fees during the notice period.
- All outstanding balances must be paid in full before the account can be closed.
- If opting out at the end of the year, notice must be given by November. If not, the notice period will roll over into January of the following year.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes during the notice period.
- Paper and digital contracts are equally binding.
Communication Guidelines
- All formal communication must be directed to Haleigh van Rooyen via email.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for a response.
- For urgent matters, email is still required to ensure proper documentation.
Final Account Settlement
Before your account is closed:
- Ensure all invoices are paid in full. The contract will not be terminated until all outstanding fees are settled
- Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in our full Terms & Conditions.
- Students with unpaid accounts may be suspended and referred for collection or have legal action taken against the student and account holder
