Preschoolers Classes

Ballet & Modern for Ages 2–6 Years
Our preschool classes introduce young dancers to both Ballet and Modern in a fun, nurturing environment. Through imaginative movement and structured activities, children build coordination, musicality, confidence, and a love for dance.
Perfect for little ones taking their very first steps into the world of dance.

Our Ballet program follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, offering structured, internationally recognized training. Dancers develop strong technique, musicality, posture, and artistry while progressing through age-appropriate levels in a supportive and encouraging environment.
✨ Modern
Modern classes encourage creativity, expression, and dynamic movement. Dancers explore musicality, coordination, and performance skills while building confidence and versatility.
Designed to support growing dancers, these classes provide a balanced foundation in both classical ballet and modern dance.
Adults Dance & Fitness Classes
Weekday Evenings (Mon, Wed, Fri) | 5PM–7PM
- Adult Ballet (Beginner – Advanced) – Improve posture, strength, and technique in a graceful and supportive environment. Perfect for both beginners and experienced dancers returning to ballet.
- Open Modern Class – Explore expressive movement and contemporary styles in a welcoming, creative space. Suitable for all experience levels.
- Body Conditioning – Build flexibility, strength, and control with targeted exercises designed to support dancers and overall fitness.
- Pilates – Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being through mindful movement.
