Ballet

Twinkle Tots, Pre-primary & Primary Ballet
Baby pink or Lavender sleeveless leotard, with matching skirt, pink stockings or socks & pink ballet shoes with elastic over the instep.

RAD Grade 1 -5
>Any colour sleeveless leotard, pink stockings & pink ballet shoes with elastic over the instep.
>Will also require Character shoes & a Character skirt
> RAD Grade 3-5 dancers may wear satin ballet shoes with satin ribbons

Intermediate Foundation, Pre-majors & Majors
>Any plain leotard, pink stockings & pink ballet shoes.
>Delco ballet shoes, satin ballet shoes & pointe shoes as applicable
>May wear a chiffon skirt

Adults
>Any plain leotard, pink stockings & pink ballet shoes.
> May wear a tight fitting top & leggings
>Delco ballet shoes, satin ballet shoes, soft ballet shoes & pointe shoes as applicable
>May wear a chiffon skirt

All Grades & Ages:
> All may wear a ballet jerseys or studio jacket to and from classes
> Hair must be in a bun
> No tank tops or hot short are allowed

Modern

All Grades and Ages

>Plain leotard – any colour with leggings or hot pants
> May dance bare foot or in Black shoes with honey coloured tights
> Tight fitted jersey or studio jacket may be worn to and from class
> Hair in a Bun and secured out of the face.

Aerobics, Body Conditioning & Pilates

> Tight fitted top and leggings/tracksuit pants
> Socks, bare foot or takkies may be worn
>Hair secured well out of the face
> Sweat Towel and water bottle
> Ankle &/ wrist weights
> Swiss Pilates Ball and exercise mat
> Tennis ball / foam roller
> Theraband
> Foam block

• Ball size based on height in cm’s
• 142 cm – 45 cm ball
• 142cm – 160cm –55cm ball
• 160cm – 178cm –65 cm ball
• 178 cm- 193cm – 75cm ball
