Battu Brisé is accredited with The Register of Exercise Professional of South Africa (REPSSA) offering professional personal training classes.
We offer custom training plans, a body assessment initially and every 6-8 weeks as well as a calorie breakdown.
Personal training plans are based on the results obtained from the assessments results.
Training and Assessment sessions are booked on the studio’s , instructors and your schedule.
Annual Studio Registration fee is applicable – R200.00 per family

Cancellations
Cancellations 7 hours to the time of the appointment will still be charged the assessment fee for that cancellation – unless dire circumstances arise. ALL communications come through to 0825569268 or email informationbattubrise@gmail.com
Terminating personal training program follows the same protocols as stated in our Terms and conditions. 1 calendar moth notice is required along with that months fees and the account has the be settled before termination is completed. More information on this can be found in our T’s & C’s tab on the home page.
Do you still have to pay for a session even if you do not attend?? – Yes you are still liable to pay for that session if it has been scheduled and there has been no communication of not attending, our cancellation fee then falls into place and you are liable for the cost of that sessions

preparing for the assessment day
- Ensure you are well nourished the day of your assessment
- Caffeinated products should be avoid on the day of testing as this can alter your results
- Alcoholic products and tobacco products should be avoided 24 hours prior to testing
- Making sure you are hydrated days before and day of your assessment. Rehydrating during testing is allowed to replace any fluids that may be lot during the testing
- Avoid heavy or strenuous exercise 24 hours prior to the assessment. Please ensure you are well rested before your assessment
- Wear appropriate clothing for the assessment (Shorts, tracksuit, t-shirts, sports top and non slip takkies)
- The assessment can not take place if you are ill or suffering from an injury that would worsen your condition and or general health.
