Once your trial class has been scheduled, you will receive a Google Calendar invitation containing all class details.
Please respond to the invitation by selecting:
✅ YES / JOIN – to confirm your attendance

If you select MAYBE, please contact Haleigh directly via WhatsApp immediately to discuss the rescheduling.

đźš—Parking Information
Toddlers, Kids & Teens: Parents are welcome to wait in the courtyard or in their vehicles while classes are in progress.
The entrance and secure parking gates open approximately 5 minutes before the end of each class, allowing a short collection and changeover period for students arriving and departing.
This is the only scheduled time the gates are opened during classes.
Adult Classes: Students attending evening Ballet, Pilates, Modern and Body Conditioning classes from 4:30 pm onwards are welcome to park inside the secure church parking area.
Please enter once the gate has been opened by the studio.
Parking is at your own risk.
If you arrive during a class, WhatsApp Haleigh at the gate and wait patiently.
🌸 During your class
At Battu Brisé, we strive to create a calm, focused and welcoming environment where every student can enjoy their class.
During lessons, we kindly ask that parents, family members and visitors do not enter the studio or stand at the studio doors or windows.
Communicating with students during class can interrupt lessons and make it difficult for dancers—especially our younger students—to remain focused.
Parents are warmly invited to relax in the courtyard or wait in their vehicles while class is in progress.
🚪 Arrival & Studio Etiquette
Our studio is a safe, focused space for dancers to grow. These guidelines help us protect that environment.
New students may be walked into the hall to see the space.
Parents may wait outside or in their cars—the main gate will be closed during class for safety.
Dancers are collected at the black gate after class.
If you need access during class, ring the bell and a staff member will assist.
If someone else is dropping off your dancer, please ensure they understand and follow studio rules.
Non-compliance may result in trial cancellation.
Videos of the venue are available on our socials and via the link below—especially helpful for younger dancers.
📸 Venue Preview & WhatsApp Channel
We understand that new environments can feel overwhelming—especially for younger dancers.
- Videos of the venue are available on our social media and via the link below.
- Free trial students may have short clips or photos shared on our Youtube channel, accessible by link only.
đźš— Drop-Off Reminders
If someone else is dropping your dancer or student off:
- Please ensure they are fully informed of studio rules and procedures.
- Non-compliance with arrival or safeguarding policies may result in cancellation of the trial class.
We appreciate your support in maintaining a safe, respectful studio environment for all dancers and staff.
📸 Photography & Videos
To protect the privacy of all students, photography and video recording during lessons are not permitted unless arranged by the studio.
We love celebrating our students’ progress and regularly share studio memories, performances and class highlights through our official communication channels and our private YouTube library.
👥 Supporting Independence in Our Youngest Pupils–No Spectators in Class
For our preschool and junior ballet students, we gently encourage independence from the very beginning.
Our teachers welcome each child into the studio, helping them settle comfortably before class begins.
We have found that children often develop confidence more quickly when given the opportunity to build trust with their teacher and classmates independently.
This approach encourages confidence, resilience, responsibility and self-belief while ensuring every child enjoys a positive learning experience.
These boundaries help us maintain a calm, focused atmosphere for all dancers.

đź‘—What to wear?
Tiny Tots, Kids & Teens: Leggings and a top with socks if you don’t have ballet gear.
Adults: Leggings, top, and socks.
Ballet Classes: Ballet shoes preferred; socks allowed if you don’t have shoes yet.
Modern Classes: Socks or barefoot.
Remove all jewellery and tie hair neatly off the face
