Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
Thank you for completing and book a trial class with Battu Brisé Dance Studio. We’re excited to welcome you to our studio and ensure a smooth experience for your trial class.
🗓 Trial Schedule:
Please note that all trial classes take place in the first week and weekend of each new month.
Please find below all the information regarding the free trial class. To help you get acquainted with our programs and ensure a smooth start, I am excited to offer you a complimentary trial class. If you do not receive the invitation email, please check your spam or trash folders, as it may have been inadvertently redirected there. Should you still not find it, kindly let me know so that we can resend it to you
You will receive an emailed calendar event from us with all the details for your trial class, including:
✔ Students Name & Surname
✔ Time of the class – Along with the class name
✔ Instructor’s name
✔ Studio address & parking information

Our office hours are Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Timetable for our classes – Term 4 Timetable
Please note our classes are based on the students age as per the Royal Academy of Dance Guidelines and not their school grade
Our timetable for all KIDS classes run in accordance with the South African Government Terms. We work on a 4 Term basis. More information can be found by clicking the button below. Our timetable updated before the start of the new Term.
Address
We are located in the Horizon Methodist Church Premises.
Spectators
❕Please kindly note for all kids classes from Tiny tots through to Teens no spectators are allowed in the class, this distracts the class and other learners. Please note if you sit in you will kindly be asked to leave.❕
Our students have a watching day at the end of the Term that is prearranged by the studio and communicated in advance.
Entrance & Parking Information
All students and Free Trial please can we ask you to use the bell to enter the premises.
Parking Options:
- Toddlers, Kids & Teens: Parking is available outside the church in the afternoons.
- Adult Classes: Closed and secure parking is available in the late afternoons and evenings.
Important Notes:
- Parking is at your own risk.
- Secure parking will be opened and closed at the end of each class and 5 minutes before the next class starts.
- If you arrive while a class is running, please send me a WhatsApp message at the secure parking gate. I will open it if I have a gap between classes—otherwise, please wait patiently until I or someone from the team can assist.
Class Policies:
Punctuality & Attendance: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class for introductions and handovers. Allow 5 minutes after class for feedback from the instructor.
You will receive a confirmation form via email on the day of your trial class—please complete it before attending.
Clothing to wear for the Trial class
Tiny Tots, Kids and Teens classes are more than welcome to wear leggings and a top, with socks if you do not have ballet clothing or ballet shoes yet.
Adults may wear leggings, top and sock for their trial class. For more information on the uniforms please see the links below.
Please remove all jewelry before the class and Please ensure your hair is out of your face and neatly tied up.
BALLET CLASSES:
Ballet shoes are required. If you don’t have them yet, you may attend in socks.
MODERN CLASSES:
Please bring along socks or you may dance bare foot.
Ballet uniforms can be purchased through the studio.
