Please read carefully below— this is your initial payment when joining:

Our annual registration fee per family is payable on Registration day. This payment is non-refundable.
All fees are paid on a monthly basis and are due by the 5th of each month.
Fees are charged over an 11 month period from February – December each year.
Each month must be paid in full regardless of attendance . NO refunds on classes cancelled or classes missed
Siblings enrolled get a 5% discount on their monthly fees.
Classes are run in accordance with the Government school terms. Exact term dates can be found on our website www.battubrise.com. There are no classes on a public holiday or during school holidays – unless we schedule a catch up class – you will be notified in advance.
Please can I ask that any medical conditions be disclosed to me before commencing with our ballet classes.
We require 1 calendar month’s written notice and opt-out form to be completed in full along with that months fees and for the account to be paid in FULL.
Students with accounts outstanding by 1 month will receive a penalty fee and have the child suspended from classes with immediate effect until the account is paid in FULL.
