- Certain treatment options are available exclusively to female clients; this will be clarified during the booking process
- Appointment requests are subject to therapist availability and are confirmed only after review.
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and provide written consent.
- By booking, you consent to receive massage therapy and understand that it is not a substitute for medical care. You agree to communicate any discomfort during the session and understand that results may vary.
- The therapist reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or defer treatment at any time if the client’s behavior, health status, or environment poses a risk to safety or professional boundaries. In such cases, full payment is still required and no refund will be given.

WhatsApp may be used for brief updates or reminders, but all formal communication will be managed via email.
Travel & Location
- A standard travel fee is included in all pricing, regardless of location. This ensures fair compensation for mobile sessions and will be clearly itemized when booking.
- The therapist reserves the right to decline or terminate a session if the environment is unsafe, unhygienic, or emotionally inappropriate. This includes intoxicated clients, aggressive behavior, or unsafe locations.
Payment & Cancellation
- Payment is due on the day of your appointment, via card or cash only. EFTs are not accepted unless arranged in advance.
- Battu Brisé is not contracted with medical aids and cannot submit claims on your behalf.
- Appointments booked on Saturdays will include a weekend rate surcharge of R100, added to the standard treatment cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost.
- If the therapist arrives and the client is not present or unavailable, the full session fee will be charged to cover travel and time.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent bookings.
- Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. No treatment will be provided without full agreement.
Professional Boundaries & Liability
- Massage therapy is provided strictly within the scope of professional practice. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment still required.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or recent procedures. The therapist is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed information.
- Battu Brisé and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the session, except in cases of proven negligence.
- Each person responds differently to massage therapy. Battu Brisé does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any treatment or series of treatments
Privacy & Intellectual Property
- All client information is treated as private and confidential. It will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or with client consent
- All content, branding, and materials on this website — including logos, images, and written content — are the property of Battu Brisé and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Social Media & Public Commentary
Clients agree to resolve any concerns or complaints directly with Battu Brisé before posting public commentary, including on social media. We are committed to respectful, professional resolution and ask that all feedback be shared privately first.
Informed Consent
