
Our Pilates classes are open to everyone—whether you’re a dancer, recovering from injury, or simply looking to build strength and flexibility. Classes are gentle, effective, and tailored to your needs.
Trained under the BASSI Pilates. Battu Brisé Pilates classes cater for all. Focusing on body awareness, body conditioning. toning our muscles and overall joint health and strength. Pilates can be used in aiding injury recovery and decreasing the risk of injury

Fees are paid on a monthly basis. The totals below show our 2 options of classes you can choose from. If you choose 1 class per week the total below is what you would pay for the whole month.
