Below is the price list, screening forms and medical questionnaire for sports massage. Please complete the forms below before the appointment. Appointment cancelled 24 hours prior still liable for appointment fee.

A travel cost is included if a massage needs to be done at a clients premise. Please contact us in advance to book your appointment
Appointments booked on Saturdays will include a weekend rate surcharge of R100, added to the standard treatment cost.
